**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will partner with Western Australia's largest electricity generator and retailer of gas and electricity, providing assistance during various customer scenarios. Your expertise will be crucial in efficiently managing the disconnection and reconnection of electricity services, handling inquiries related to new connections, solar solutions, and billing concerns, as well as overseeing processes such as payment plans, direct debits, and meter readings.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts (as required) within the required time frame
- Arrange payment plans
- Manage customer direct debits
- Meet required standards of quality
- Meet attendance requirements in line with contract and company policies
- Others KPI's as required

**Role Details**:

- Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Rotating Roster
- No weekends or public holidays
- Multiple Casual Positions available based on performance and business needs (no pressure to go full time)
- Must be available for 3 weeks of full-time paid training to set you up for success (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:45pm)
- Location: Davidson Terrace Joondalup WA
- Australian Based Role

You're tech-savvy, an active listener, and confident multitasking between systems — even under pressure.

**To Be Successful in This Role, You Will**
- Build trust and deliver excellent service over the phone
- Navigate complex inquiries while staying compliant
- Effectively handle and resolve complex enquiries
- Show resilience and flexibility in every customer interaction
- Use multiple systems confidently while actively listening
- Complete a National Police Clearance
- Have full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
