- Leading people management, development, and communication to achieve alignment, clarity, recognition, and performance
- Integrating the retail customer journey and value proposition into the area
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Multi-site/region retail experience with proven results
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software
- Demonstrated sales leadership experience with a focus on commercial acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication and influential abilities
- Australian Driver License for work-related travel
