**Key Areas of Expertise**:

 

As a seasoned Payroll Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality services and safe workplaces. Your expertise in payroll processing, including payroll production and workforce management issues, will be instrumental in driving operational excellence.

 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring, coaching, and training payroll team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Working closely with Workforce Management Solutions and Operations on payroll processing, particularly for escalations and errors.
  • Providing comprehensive advisory services on payroll operations issues and activities across multiple levels of the organisation.
  • Delivering payroll and finance reconciliation, audit compliance, critical error management, end-of-financial-year support, and establishment support.
  • Developing effective key client relationships to enhance payroll services outcomes and efficiencies.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also need a high-level understanding of establishment and business processes, including organisational structures and audit requirements.
