As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting Business Development efforts, orchestrating marketing initiatives, and collaborating with industry experts.

The wealth management division encompasses three distinct brands alongside Perpetual Private – Fordham, Jacaranda Financial Planning, and Priority Life – each providing a unique blend of wealth management, advisory, and trustee services. Our diverse capabilities include strategic guidance on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning, and philanthropy. Our clientele ranges from individuals and families to businesses, not-for-profit organizations, external financial advisory firms, and Indigenous communities across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate clear, results-driven marketing strategies and activity schedules with consensus from all key stakeholders.
  • Enhance qualified leads, opportunities, clients, funds under management (FUM), and revenue for PP's Managed Accounts and investment advisory services.
  • Implement innovative marketing programs, including comprehensive campaign management, while collaborating with other teams to boost sales conversion rates.
  • Assist in delivering investment insights and content for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Design and execute thorough strategies to attract, nurture, acquire, and retain clients who can benefit from PP's Managed Accounts and investment advisory services.
  • Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of specialized campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar hands-on/specialist role within the financial services sector (e.g., financial advice, investments, or specifically with Managed Accounts).
  • Preferably possess existing knowledge of key market participants and structures in Australian Managed Accounts, along with experience in pitch and tender development.
  • A results-oriented, high-performing individual with exceptional planning skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal relationship abilities.
  • A creative and innovative mindset.
  • Robust project and stakeholder management capabilities.
