We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at our Chirnside Park store.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.
You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, averaging approximately 44 hours per fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
- Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
- Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
- Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
- Supporting your local community and charitable organisations
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
- Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively
- A strong attention to detail
