We are seeking a creative and innovative individual to join our team as a Fashion Designer. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning and meaningful pieces that reflect our brand's aesthetic.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on upcoming seasonal design collection pieces and engage with a niche boutique fashion label. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for identity, culture, and the ability to say something of value through their designs.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trends, Euro runway, and international greats. They will also have an appreciation for clean and contemporary styles, fusion, classical, historical, vintage, and folk provincial genres.
Key responsibilities include designing submissions for upcoming collections, driving innovative and niche items/collections, and working closely with management from initial concept start to approval.
A portfolio of work is required for viewing, and successful candidates will be part of a small, high-achieving niche brand with opportunities for subcontract roles and flexible hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fashion and textiles undergraduate degree or diploma qualified or equal too.
- Comprehensive experience in various styles and genres, including clean and contemporary, fusion, classical, historical, vintage, and folk provincial.
