Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients and other brokers to process new business and renewals
  • Assisting in preparing proposals and presentations for clients
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Coordinating the procurement of quotes and resolving policy-related issues
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience as an Assistant/Account Executive in general insurance
  • Tier 1 qualification highly desirable
  • Basic knowledge of General Insurance products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
