The Wellbeing Planning and Policy Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development and implementation of health promotion initiatives, project managing departmental projects, and providing supervision for team members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Community Services Triennial Grant process and funding agreements with recipients.
- Lead projects to enhance community wellbeing outcomes through collaboration with Health and Wellbeing Services teams.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the Council's health and wellbeing plan, including the Children and Young People's Action Plan.
- Design, develop, and deliver impactful health promotion initiatives that meet the needs of diverse communities.
- Supervise team members and foster collaborative relationships with external stakeholders.
