Shape the future of health and wellbeing services as a strategic Commercial Lead within our Corporate Health & Wellbeing team. Lead supplier engagement, drive innovation, and enable seamless digital access to a diverse range of health and wellbeing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing, onboarding, and management of health and wellbeing service providers.
  • Enable consistent digital marketplace experience for customers across B2B and B2B2C channels.
  • Negotiate commercial deals to deliver exceptional value and customer outcomes.
  • Standardise supplier engagement processes including contracts, governance, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service access.
  • Identify and form new strategic partnerships aligned with global health and wellbeing trends.
  • Promote our organisation in external forums and build strong relationships across the Corporate Health and Wellbeing sector.
  • Support organisational capability uplift and contribute to next-generation operational models.

About You

You are a commercially-minded professional with expertise in supplier management and health partnerships. Bring stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering innovative health and wellbeing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Commercially-minded professional with 5+ years leading commercial partnerships and operations at scale.
  • Proven experience in building and managing supplier networks in health and/or digital sectors.
  • Negotiation, contract management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience in digital sales channels or eCommerce for health services.
  • Understanding of global health and wellbeing trends and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinking, adaptability, and human-centred approach to leadership.
