Job Title: Regional Information Security Manager APAC
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and outcomes-driven individual to fill the position of Regional Information Security Manager APAC.
About the Position:
As the Regional Information Security Manager, you will take the lead in the development of security engineering and implementation in all aspects of Information Assurance and Information Security Engineering across the Australian business and oversee APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security engineering and implementation strategies across the Australian business and APAC region.
- Oversee and manage Information Assurance and Information Security Engineering operations.
- Collaborate with in-country programs and leadership, in-country program and physical security, Corporate Information Security (CIS), and International IT teams to ensure consistent security controls.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge and understanding of commonwealth certification/accreditation processes.
- Experience in managing projects/programs and teams.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Sound understanding of Defence infrastructure systems.
- Knowledge of Australian/regional IT landscape, country-specific cyber security and privacy laws, cultural norms, in-country programs and program needs.
