Regional Information Security Manager APAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Information Security Manager to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security engineering and implementation in all aspects of Information Assurance and Information Security Engineering across the Australian business and overseeing APAC.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of security engineering and implementation in all aspects of Information Assurance and Information Security Engineering across the Australian business and oversee APAC.
- Work collectively with in-country programs and leadership, in-country program and physical security, Corporate Information Security (CIS), and International IT teams to ensure appropriate and consistent security controls are implemented within the Australian/regional IT environments.
- Drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence across all Security functions and operations at the organisational level.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Working knowledge and understanding of commonwealth certification/accreditation processes.
- Experience in managing projects/programs and teams.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Sound understanding of Defence infrastructure systems.
- Knowledge of Australian/regional IT landscape, country-specific cyber security and privacy laws, cultural norms, in-country programs and program needs.
