Clinical Operations Director

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our clinical operations. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight of our clinical and care programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership across home and community care initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of reforms across aged care services.
- Oversee workflows, conduct gap analyses, and manage implementation plans.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams aligned with healthcare reforms.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in Nursing or a relevant healthcare discipline.
- Current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Health Management, Aged Care, or Clinical Governance (desirable).
- At least 7 years of senior leadership experience in clinical operations, aged care, community care, or healthcare.
- Proven experience in clinical governance, audits, and risk management.
