About the Role

As a seasoned leader with a background in risk management and quality assurance, you will be responsible for developing effective quality frameworks and identifying risks across the organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement quality frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead the Quality & Compliance Team to proactively address risks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage audits and ensure governance requirements are met.
  • Provide strategic advice on operational risks and incident management.
  • Maintain key quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience in quality, risk, or governance management, preferably in healthcare or recruitment.
  • You possess strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and WHS legislation.
  • You understand nursing qualifications and registration requirements across Australia.
  • You have experience leading teams and managing audits or regulatory processes.
  • You excel in communicating complex requirements to diverse stakeholders.
