Clinical Trials Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team in a key role undertaking high-impact clinical research within one of Australia's leading kidney units.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of clinical research, including patient recruitment into studies, provide support in the overall care of clinical trial patients, and participate in departmental research activities.
  • Support the Renal Clinical Trials Unit by collaborating with investigators, study managers, and other healthcare professionals on externally-funded studies and investigator-based research projects.

Required Qualifications:
  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, accompanied by proven effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in coordinating and conducting clinical trials, ideally in a healthcare or research setting, with a focus on managing multiple complex trials and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • The ability to think critically, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
