MRI Applications Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Radiographer looking to transition into a corporate environment with a supportive and experienced team. As an MRI Applications Specialist, you will have the chance to collaborate with our global team of scientists, clinicians, developers, researchers, professionals, and skilled specialists.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, setting up, and delivering clinical training as per customer requirements.
  • Liaising with customer service to differentiate between technical and applications-related issues.
  • Conducting customer presentations, workshops, and training for enhanced product and application knowledge for existing and potential customers.
  • Facilitating the customer's new equipment implementation through comprehensive handover training and providing ongoing support to the customer install base.
  • Supporting the collection and provision of images to the marketing team.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a current registration with AHPRA as a Radiographer, a high standard of clinical and technological knowledge in MRI, proven ability to provide clinical training, willingness to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand, a current driver's license, and evidence of eligibility to work in Australia.
