Role Overview

The MRI Applications Specialist will play a crucial role in our team, providing clinical training and support to customers. This includes delivering training as per customer requirements, liaising with customer service, conducting presentations and workshops for improved product and application knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Prepare, set up and deliver clinical training sessions to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Liaison: Collaborate with customer service to address technical and applications-related problems.
  • Presentation and Workshops: Conduct engaging presentations and workshops to enhance product and application knowledge for existing and potential customers.
  • Equipment Implementation: Facilitate the customer's new equipment implementation through comprehensive handover training and ongoing support.
  • Image Support: Provide images to the marketing team as required.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend conferences and seminars supported by Siemens Healthineers.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Radiographer.
  • High standard of clinical and technological knowledge in MRI.
  • Proven ability to provide effective clinical training.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia.
