We are seeking a seasoned Design Research Lead to drive the success of our qualitative research projects.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing research approaches, methods, and sampling mixes that meet the needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and leading qualitative research projects
- Facilitating workshops with clients to identify key factors and attributes for participant selection
- Presenting research outcomes to executive teams
- Leading the recruitment of research participants
- Conducting various research activities, such as interviews and ethnographic observations
- Analysing and synthesising research data to provide actionable insights
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service design, experience in requirements gathering, and advanced training or degrees in research.
Apart from your technical skills, we value excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will work closely with our team and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
About the RoleThis is a full-time role based in Melbourne or Sydney, with travel required on occasion. You will be working on a 6-month project with a small, collaborative team.
