Senior Finance Manager Role

The key objective of this position is to provide strategic financial guidance and support to the development, construction, and operations teams in Australia.

  • Manage general ledger activities for the Australian business and projects
  • Ensure compliance with Australian GAAP and IFRS, including complex areas (e.g., derivatives, revenue)
  • Prepare and review internal and audited external financial statements
  • Handle quarterly IFRS reporting for group consolidation
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely regulatory filings

This role requires a senior finance professional to work closely with various teams, providing expert financial advice and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing balance sheet accounts, coordinating with Finance/Treasury on cash flow, debt, and forecasting, and collaborating with RWE's global renewables accounting team.
