Senior Medical Consultant - Geriatric Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Consultant to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our medical department, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing the healthcare of older adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage the healthcare of older adults.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of elderly patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Geriatric Medicine through ongoing education and professional development.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency medicine or equivalent.
  • Substantial postgraduate medical experience in emergency medicine and hospital practice.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry developments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead and work effectively within a team environment.
