
Advanced Property Lawyer Position

At GRM LAW, we are seeking an experienced Associate Property Lawyer to join our property team. As a mid-senior level lawyer, you will be responsible for managing complex property transactions, advising clients on property developments, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property agreements and leases.
Responsibilities- Managing commercial property sales and purchases, including conveyancing services.
- Advising clients on property subdivisions, leasing arrangements, and commercial development projects.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex property agreements and leases, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions, analyzing data and making informed decisions.
- Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice to clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives.
- Liaising effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals, fostering strong relationships and building trust.
- Minimum 3–5 years post-admission experience in property law, with a strong understanding of Australian property laws and regulations.
- Proven expertise in commercial property transactions, leasing, and property development, demonstrating a high level of technical skill and knowledge.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent client relationship management capabilities, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on finding solutions that benefit all parties involved.
- Admission to practice law in Queensland and current practicing certificate, with experience working in a similar role or industry.
- Experience with PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) platform, with a strong understanding of its features and benefits.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution, with a strong foundation in property law and related fields.
