Event Operations Lead

As a key player in our events and hospitality operations, you will be responsible for supervising a team of food and beverage attendants. Your role will involve working closely with the event management team to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality service to guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily performance objectives for team members and overseeing service standards within the outlet.
  • Collaborating with the floor manager to enhance guest experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with client briefs supplied by the sales team.
  • Communicating policies and procedures to team members to maintain operation and quality service standards.
  • Reporting maintenance requirements to minimize disruption to business.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Extensive experience in food and beverage management, with previous leadership experience in fast-paced venues or events.
  • A strong passion for events and demonstrated ability to run medium-scale events.
  • Natural communication skills to interact with diverse guests and team members.
  • Ability to manage labour and stock control effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of efficient venue financials.
