Business Process Analyst Role

The role of Business Process Analyst is a critical component in the organization's ability to deliver high-quality services to its clients. The analyst will be responsible for defining, documenting, and optimizing IT and security processes related to onboarding and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Mapping: Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture as-is onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT & security perspective.
  • Process Design: Design and document to-be processes incorporating automation, efficiency improvements, and governance controls.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for process simplification, automation, and enhanced approval workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including the ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL principles and their practical application.
  • Automation Expertise: Ability to identify and articulate automation opportunities and technology-enabled improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise written communication skills for process documentation and requirements.
