Digital Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Coordinator to fill a key role in our organization. This position is perfect for someone who is curious and passionate about creating exceptional experiences.

About the Position

This role is responsible for assisting in the implementation and delivery of digital audience targeted programmatic media campaigns as well as providing administrative support to sales managers.

  • Collate reports, manage creative deadlines and coordinate creative assets to drive digital excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and support solutions that deliver high-quality proposals and templates to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate and connect with Account Management and AdOperations to ensure successful end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Understand and agree on client campaign booking, implementation, and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on campaign performance and revenue activities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that align with our company values.
  • Experience working in a publisher, media agency, or trading desk environment (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Motivation to learn and grow in the industry.
