Database Administrator Role Overview

Job Description:

This is a dynamic opportunity to work as a senior database administrator for our organization. We are seeking an expert in Oracle DB management to maintain, enhance and manage the CRM system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high performance levels of the database and contribute to cost optimization strategies.

  • Maintain and manage Telco's CRM Oracle DB
  • Manage and maintain security standards and controls
  • Ensure database backups are appropriately executed and periodic restorations are exercised
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning and create reliable backup strategies
Requirements:
  • Strong practical experience of Oracle 19C and above versions
  • Experience with Oracle DB upgrades
  • Oracle management tools (Data Guard, RMAN, Data pump)
  • Proven ability to optimize database performance by tuning SQL queries, indexes, memory, storage, and network
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle DB management tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
