We are seeking top talent for our 24-month Livestock Career Development Program, designed to provide the skills and training needed to become a future leader or technical expert in the Livestock Industry.

About the Livestock Career Development Program
  • The program is based at our Dubbo branch and offers accelerated learning opportunities, professional networking, and placement mobility.
  • Trainees will gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Livestock activity while completing an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing.
  • During the program, participants will receive on-the-ground training, four leadership and skill-building workshops, and mentorship from experienced livestock employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop knowledge of livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, Auctions Plus, auctioneering, wool technical and market requirements, and emerging technology.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team environment.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of Year 12.
  • At least 24 months of work experience in the Agricultural industry, preferably within Livestock.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency.
  • Vaccination against Q Fever (or willingness to receive).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
