Asphalt Operations Specialist

At our company, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Asphalt Crew Member.
This is a critical position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of our team and clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include operating mobile construction equipment, performing general labor tasks, and contributing to all crew activities to deliver high-quality results in a safe environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Experience: You should have previous experience in asphalt road surfacing with a proven track record of delivering quality work.
- Certification: A General Construction Induction Card is mandatory for this role. Additionally, having current HR drivers' licenses or mobile plant tickets will be highly regarded.
