Job Title: Asphalt Paver

As a skilled Asphalt Paver, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to transport asphalt and materials to construction sites. Your primary goal is to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy rigid vehicles to transport asphalt and equipment to work sites.
  • Laboring Duties: Perform general laboring tasks such as raking, shoveling, and assisting in asphalt laying and site preparation.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure adherence to safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintenance Checks: Conduct routine checks and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License: Possess a current HR driver's license (essential for the role).
  • White Card: Hold a valid White Card.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in asphalt or construction work preferred (training will be provided if needed).
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and proactive attitude.
