On Q Recruitment is a specialist agency providing recruitment services for the life sciences sector, corporate, government, and non-profit sectors in Australia. We are approved suppliers for QLD and NSW Local and State governments and have a unique opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow a dedicated team in this space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of recruitment specialists in the government sector.
  • Develop and maintain key account relationships with government clients.
  • Recruit and manage a team of experienced recruitment consultants.
  • Meet and exceed client expectations and revenue targets.
