Procurement Specialist Job
Troocoo is partnering with a growing travel organisation to recruit two procurement specialists on a full-time, permanent basis.
The roles are on site, five days per week in Queensland, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure alignment.
- Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing with existing suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to approved vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Assist in resolving procurement-related issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a Purchasing or Procurement position.
- Experience in purchasing mechanical-related parts and components is highly desirable.
- Intermediate Excel skills and data analysis required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with effective relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
