Key Accountabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Logistics Manager to join our team in Oceania. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining partnerships with internal teams and customers, conducting performance discussions to ensure transparency and foster strong relationships, and promoting innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and productivities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with customers and senior management to develop and implement effective contract administration and service scope reviews.
  • Lead the implementation of new operational deployments, leveraging expertise to minimize risks and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of performance management among direct reports, encouraging continuous improvement and career growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large teams and complex logistics operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to manage operational issues and logistical challenges.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of operations.
