As a casual fitter, you'll be responsible for tackling various systems and machinery, adapting to new situations daily, and ensuring the highest safety standards are met.
About You:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with heavy industrial equipment
- Punctuality, dependability, and ability to meet deadlines during shutdowns
- Adherence to safety protocols and policies
- Relevant trade qualifications in mechanical fitting or related fields
- Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues and supervisors
- Experience in steel manufacturing is preferred but not required; heavy industrial experience is beneficial
