About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Operations Director to lead our repair centre. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production workshop operations to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Oversee quality, quotes, parts, and vehicle management to ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Ensure the site operates profitably and prepare and review financial reports, job costings, and management reports.
  • Lead staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
