Lead with purpose and inspire daily We are seeking a driven Centre Director to lead, support, and manage our team of Educators, and oversee the daily operations of our centre.

About your new role

  • Manage daily operations in compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality early learning programs by passionate Educators.
  • Manage staffing rosters effectively.
  • Oversee financial management within budget guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards for centre presentation and work practices.
  • Build and sustain relationships with children, families, Educators, the local community, and stakeholders.
  • Attract, convert, and retain families through tours, enrolments, and orientations, in collaboration with the Enrolments Team.

About you

  • Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
  • Current WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
  • Extensive knowledge of VEYLDF, NQS, and QIP.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development for Educators.
