As a Volunteer Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our store operations, working alongside a dedicated team of managers, support staff, and fellow volunteers.   • You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and providing clear and helpful information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • In addition, you will assist in receiving donated goods, ensuring proper handling and communication with donors as part of our Donor Care program.
  • You will also process donated goods, assess their condition, functionality, and suitability, and follow agreed-upon pricing standards to accurately price items for sale.
  • Furthermore, you will stock and display items on the sales floor, maintain cleanliness, and follow waste management guidelines to ensure a safe and sustainable environment.
