We're currently seeking ambitious students to join us as School-Based Trainees in Plumbing Taren Point. As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining valuable on-the-job training and assessments.

The Role:

We're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to learn. As a School-Based Trainee, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by embracing our values and policies, and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable.
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate, including coursework and practical assessments.
  • Processing sales and managing stock effectively, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Communicating with customers and staff in a professional and friendly manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Maintaining the branch at a high standard, contributing to a clean and organized work environment that reflects positively on our company.
