Claims Assessor/Building Coordinator Role

We're seeking talented individuals across Australia to join our organisation as Claims Assessors or Building Coordinators. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Our team members come from diverse backgrounds in insurance and construction/trade industries. Prior to joining our organisation, they were Loss Adjustors, Senior Home Claims Client Managers, Site Supervisors, Estimators, Builders, Carpenters, Plumbers etc.

Key Requirements
  • A strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for helping others
  • A background in insurance, construction, or related field

You'll be responsible for assessing claims, reviewing technical reports, and coordinating repairs to deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.

Available Roles
  • On-Road Home Claims Assessor: This role involves visiting customer properties (in person & virtually) to assess damage and guide them through the claims process.
  • Desktop Home Claims Assessor: This role involves working remotely, assessing claims from the comfort of your own home or office.
  • Building Coordinator: This role involves reviewing technical reports, providing expert advice, and coordinating at a claim level with our Supply Chain to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
