Marketing Professional

The Marketing Associate role is a junior-level position that requires someone who lives and breathes social media and understands the creator economy landscape.
Main Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for our network of 1,200+ creators across Australia & New Zealand
- Manage creators spanning all reach levels (nano to macro) across travel, lifestyle, and fandom communities
- Oversee creator onboarding process and maintain comprehensive creator database
- Monitor program performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs
- Develop and implement program improvement initiatives
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly across diverse creator segments
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with exceptional written and verbal abilities
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities with proven deadline management skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse campaign performance
- Genuine passion for travel and experiences
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
