About the role:

  • Renew service contracts and identify opportunities for consolidation and growth
  • Build strong relationships with key customer accounts and deliver tailored business insights
  • Support tenders, customer presentations, and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and business development teams on customer offerings and upgrade plans
  • Contribute to service marketing plans and ensure successful implementation across stakeholders

About you:

  • Qualifications in medical, engineering/technology, or business with a preference for healthcare experience
  • 3+ years' experience in diagnostic imaging or the biomedical industry
  • Strong commercial acumen with a basic understanding of financial targets
  • Will to travel occasionally
