Guest Experience Host

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and support to our guests.

You will be responsible for greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local attractions, and completing department-related paperwork.

Utilizing communication equipment, you will facilitate guest interactions and assist in the tour generation process.

Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business, while maintaining a high level of service and seamless transition for owners and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and registering owners and guests
  • Providing information on local attractions
  • Completing department-related paperwork
  • Facilitating guest interactions via communication equipment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • A genuine passion for customer service and local area knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
