Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our Technology team at Macquarie Bank Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end planning of initiatives and/or epics, ensuring timely delivery and execution of continuous delivery in-line with Macquarie policies and processes.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Creating the environment and team culture to deliver value, while fostering psychological safety through a learning mindset.
  2. Milestone planning, monitoring, and reporting using quarterly and sprint cadences.
  3. Identifying dependencies and gaining capacity commitments and delivery handshakes from other delivery teams to meet the required milestones.


Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a Scrum master or Delivery manager role within institutional banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience in different agile delivery methodologies and common practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban, as well as experience and/or understanding of security testing services.
  • Good interpersonal skills, facilitation, communication, and ability to connect with the squad.
  • Passionate about delivery and continuous improvement, always on the lookout for ways the team and the broader delivery community can win and improve.
