As a seasoned professional, the successful Market Strategist will have a proven track record in premium or luxury alcohol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy across a portfolio of ultra-premium spirits in ANZ.
- Lead and influence distributor partnerships, including joint business planning, pricing, trade spend, and execution.
- Represent the brand in customer, trade, and industry engagements across the region.
- Drive local activation of global brand campaigns across both on-premise and off-premise channels.
- Provide market insights to regional stakeholders and contribute to broader APAC planning.
- Ensure all activity aligns with brand positioning and long-term equity goals.
Requirements:
- Some experience in managing external distributors and navigating joint business planning.
- Strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise trade dynamics.
- Brand-led mindset with commercial sharpness and autonomy.
- Comfortable operating independently and influencing regionally.
- Ideally, exposure to cross-border or trans-regional business environments.
- Able to represent a global brand with credibility, precision, and strategic thinking.
