Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist at Bravoauto, a leading automotive retailer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
- Sales and Service: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and facilitate test drives and vehicle handovers.
- Account Management: Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in a retail environment with face-to-face and online customer service.
- Sales and Service Skills: Ability to maintain high standards, focusing on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
