Beauty Educator Position in High-Quality Training

We are recruiting part-time and casual Beauty Teachers to join our team at Box Hill Institute, providing high-quality training and excellent teaching delivery to students. Our Beauty Teacher role supports student success, ensures compliance requirements are met, and involves liaising with students, industry groups, community services providers, overseas partners, and employees.
The Faculty of Creative, Business and Technology offers a wide range of teaching and learning programs at local, interstate, and international campuses. We deliver nationally recognised training in courses from Certificates to Diplomas and postgraduate programs, including Land Sciences, Culinary Arts, Travel, Tourism & Events, Music, Design, Hair & Beauty, and Cyber Technology.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122), relevant industry qualifications, an AQF 5 or higher vocational qualification, current and sound experience working in beauty, and a sound understanding of learning theories.
As a Beauty Educator, you'll have the opportunity to develop complex documents, manage student attendance, and demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills. You'll also need to understand and adapt to changing circumstances, promote a culture of child safety, and hold a valid Working with Children Check.
