Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and inquiries efficiently through various systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, particularly those with unique needs or requirements.
  • Manage product and service inquiries, offering personalized advice and guidance to meet customer expectations.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order data to facilitate smooth follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Respond promptly to customer contacts via phone, email, and online platforms, meeting service and quality standards.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and user guidance for online ordering and product queries.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a consumer-focused or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Shopify and MS Office, with SAP experience highly valued.
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to translate complex information into simple, friendly language.
  • Patience and empathy when supporting senior customers or those with accessibility needs.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Solutions-focused mindset with a passion for helping people.
  • Experience in consumer products.
