
TOD Service Development Specialist

The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency is seeking a TOD Hub Practitioner to work in conjunction with Orange Door staff and leadership, delivering services to Aboriginal women, men and children who enter the hub intake system.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the VACCA vision and purpose, as well as an awareness and appreciation of Aboriginal societies and cultures.
As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and contribute to the development of effective solutions to address their needs.
About You- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with Aboriginal families and children.
- Proven experience working with Family Domestic Violence models (MARAM), approaches, theories and practices.
- Understanding and application of Information sharing scheme (FVISS, CISS).
- Tertiary qualification in social work, social sciences or related field.
- Full Victorian Driver's Licence, current Working With Children Check, and clear National Police Check.
- Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster as applicable).
- Knowledge of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 and The MARAM Framework (Tier 1-Comprehensive).
