Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Female Senior Support Specialist to work with clients with multiple diagnoses in an all-female home setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support and care to clients with multiple diagnoses.
- Develop individualised support plans for each client.
- Assist clients with daily living activities as needed.
- Monitor client progress and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Disability Support Worker or similar role.
- Certificate III or IV in Mental Health or Disability Services.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Mental Health first aid certificate.
- Valid driver's license.
