Year 7 Learning Leader Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be a qualified educator with experience in leading the teaching and learning program for students at the Year 7 level. A strong understanding of curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation is essential.

The successful individual will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements, and collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve curriculum design.

In addition, this role requires proven experience in teaching and leading a team, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the teaching and learning program for Year 7 students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve curriculum design
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
