About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Concierge. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering local expertise, and exceeding guest expectations.

  • You will serve as the face of our building, creating a positive and lasting impression on all guests.
  • Provide information and recommendations about our building services, local attractions, dining, and activities.
  • Arrange transportation, reservations, and special requests as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events and attractions to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guests have a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service within the property and real estate is preferred, however training can be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a smile.
