We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to fill the position of Building Ambassador within one of Sydney's newest and finest buildings.

**Job Summary:**

The Building Ambassador will be responsible for attending to resident needs, handling packages, liaising with contractors, and maintaining bookings for common areas and amenities. They will provide exceptional customer service to residents and their guests, answering day-to-day inquiries in a 5-star hotel-like manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Attend to resident needs, including handling of postage packages, liaising with contractors, and maintaining bookings for common areas and amenities.

- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their guests, answering day-to-day inquiries in a 5-star hotel-like manner.

- Create security access cards, lift access, order keys, and garage remotes as required.

- Patrol the site to ensure everything is safe and secure, and report any issues to management.

- Build knowledge of the complex to maintain its efficient operation.

- Develop a thorough understanding of strata plans, building by-laws, and internal operations.

- Collaborate with maintenance staff to book and handle maintenance requests.

- Utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) for administrative tasks.

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience working at a high-end residential or commercial complex in a security or concierge role.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

- Impeccable presentation and punctuality.
