Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally by welcoming visitors, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining tidy and organised spaces.
- Manage mail, deliveries, and meeting room setups, including catering and audio-visual equipment.
- Assist with office relocations, desk setups, and starter packs for new employees.
- Support HR and operations with onboarding, uniforms, and access cards.
- Restock supplies and assist with general maintenance requests.
- Provide administrative support for events, interviews, and day-to-day tasks.
- Strong organisational skills and pride in maintaining a clean and professional workplace.
- A proactive, reliable approach with a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to adapt to competing priorities in a busy office environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
- Experience in office, reception, or customer service roles (desirable).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook, with training provided in AI and digital tools.
